From rented ground to their own

Real circles, real people, dated.

A circle: one person, one place on the internet that is actually theirs. Every one started on someone else's platform. The dates are the argument.

Seven jobs, done with you

Pay for a job well done. Here are the jobs.

Your first pass does seven things in the real world, in this order. Each leaves evidence you can point at: an inbox count, a bill that stopped, dollars back, hours back, a live site.

Rented. Three vendors, three clocks.
Owned. One system, one orbit.
  1. Clear inboxes.Every inbox you have, to zero, with a way to keep it there.
  2. Cancel subscriptions.A map of everything you pay for by the month, and the ones you stop.
  3. Find trials. What you can try before you pay.
  4. Claim credits.Money and credit already owed to you, claimed.
  5. Convert into income. What you know and do, turned into a living that is yours.
  6. Save time. The back office runs itself. Hours returned each week.
  7. Make impact.Your circle, and the people it serves.

As in tournament chess, every move is written down. The number is agreed before a move is made, and read again after.

How it works

A citizen, a cube, a circle, a cosmos.

Four things, in that order, from one person to a civilization.

  1. Citizen

A passport in your own name. Who you are, where you are, and where you stand on three axes, design, marketing and technology. You place yourself. Nobody places you.

Then a daily reading: eight lines, each a yes or a no. It moves only when something real moved.

Evidence: your before and after. An inbox count, dollars recovered, hours saved, a live site, a paid bill.

  2. Cube

Your doing desk. Six faces of service, the same six for every build, one number each, agreed first:

    • Web Wizardry: the storefront. Visitors who become enquiries.
    • Ministry of Money: getting paid is the easy part. Time from yes to money received.
    • Sales Sorcery: nothing that comes in goes unanswered. How many people reached out and never heard back.
    • Defense Against Darkness: you own it, and you can leave. What happens if Amar disappears tomorrow.
    • Metamorphosis: found by the right people. Cost per booked job, not per click.
    • Agent Alchemy: the back office runs itself. Hours returned each week.

Evidence: the number, read again after.

  3. Circle

Your people. A page for your circle, what it offers, who is coming, and a directory no headquarters owns. Circles are planted, never deployed.

Citizens become sherpas: you walk with someone who has climbed ahead, and in time you are that help for someone else.

Evidence: circles planted, and people in them with outcomes of their own. Never a member count.

  4. Cosmos

The whole thing. Health, education, housing, income and the civic ground as one system, not a pile of apps. Hawaiʻi first. It keeps running if any single AI lab disappears, because the human layer holds.

Evidence: distance to a civilization that can live on the light its planet receives, measured in completed civic outcomes. Full marks are not reachable in 2026, by anyone.

A compass for a complex life · the week of 23 October 2026

The world is loud. Here is what it means for you, and what to do.

Four things from this week, each with its source, and what WA\ does about each.

The jobs

In 2026, AI became the leading reason US employers gave for layoffs. The first rung, the entry-level job, is the one disappearing fastest.

The Lonely Entrepreneur, citing Challenger, Gray & Christmas
What WA\ does

A citizen, a cube, a circle: a living that is yours, with six faces of service running for you. Citizens become sherpas, and a sherpa is a job no model takes.

The money

The Bank of England warned in July that AI valuations have become stretched. On 19 October, former SEC chair Gary Gensler said a crash in AI investment could come in 18 to 30 months, putting banks and pensions at risk.

What WA\ does

Pay as you grow. Nothing at the door, no debt, no per-seat bill that grows when you do. Capital is grown from verified work.

The agents

On 13 October JPMorgan Chase said it will not let outside AI agents operate its retail customers' accounts. Jamie Dimon, on the earnings call: "You don't want rogue agents, and it could be thousands of them."

What WA\ does

The bank's rule is the Cup's rule. An agent that acts past what you authorized, or lies about what it did, is terminated on sight. Nothing moves money in your name but you.

The web's floor

On 21 October the PHP project shipped emergency fixes for two flaws rated 9.2 of 10 that let an attacker run code on a server without logging in. Government sites went dark until the patch landed. WordPress runs on PHP.

Malwarebytes, 21 October 2026 · Newcastle Herald
What WA\ does

A circle is plain files, written by hand, on ground it owns. Nothing to update, nothing to renew, nothing to patch at 10 in the morning.

Your CODE

Two readings. This time, the second one is for everyone.

The obelisk in the Place de la Concorde carries a second message in its hieroglyphs, found by an Egyptologist, readable only by the elite who knew the key. Every system you use has two readings too: what it says, and what it does. Your CODE is the second reading, handed to you. Your sign-in, your config and your exit, and it works with AI off.

Source: Smithsonian Magazine

Every citizen's CODE has a shape.

Eight star tetrahedra, sixty-four in all, on the same grid as the Cube. It forms when you connect your accounts through the bridge into a cocoon of your own. One tetrahedron lights when something is done and on record. Nothing is lit until it is done.

From user, consumer and subscriber to a citizen: an owner, not a renter.

Own, not rent

Six things, each with a holder, a place and a day.

Business as usual rents them to you. WA\ hands them over.

Held byYou

Business as usual

  • Hosting rented from SiteGround, GoDaddy or Bluehost.
  • A course on Kajabi, Skool or YouTube.
  • A seat in someone else's software, paid for by the month, gone when you stop paying.
  • Ads, to be seen at all.
  • Your list, your data and your logins held by companies that can shut off the lights.

You rent the ground you stand on.

WA\

  • Roots: hosting at $9 a month or $108 a year, in place of SiteGround, GoDaddy and Bluehost.
  • No course anywhere. The whole WA\ experience is the curriculum.
  • No per-seat pricing. No ads, ever.
  • Six things handed over, each with a holder, a place and a day.
  • WA\ keeps nothing. It points.

Done with you. Owned by you.

The deedseven lines, signed before the work starts
  1. Everything in your name: domain, code, data, list, logins, media.
  2. One number per face, agreed before the work starts.
  3. A check at six months, and again at twelve.
  4. A written way to shut it off.
  5. Backups, restored at least once to prove they work.
  6. No per-seat anything.
  7. You can leave at any time and take all of it with you. That is the point.

Nothing is promised. It is built so that whatever grows is yours.

Protection from harm

Rogue agents, scams, spam and hate speech are stopped at the door. An agent that acts past what you authorized, or lies about what it did, is terminated on sight.

How you will know it works

A score moves only on a completed action.

One test for WA\ and every AI lab: can it help one real person with a real problem in the real world, then a circle, then a civilization. Three laws.

Raw stone
Getting clear
Free
Nothing is added. Only what isn't you comes off.
  1. Evidence, or it did not happen. No demo, no benchmark gaming. A score moves only when something in a citizen's life is verifiably better.
  2. Real data only. Real citizens, real accounts, real money, real time. A synthetic test can be cited as context, never as points.
  3. The citizen verifies. The human stakes their name on the outcome. A lab grading itself does not count.

The first running is one citizen's pass across all four layers, in the open, this autumn.

SERENE · all the circles, ground to cloud

    The questions people ask

Mission control for a human life, en route from seed to star.

Seven colours come down from a prism and become a pyramid of seven rows of stone At the top left, a beam of light enters a small prism. Seven lines leave it side by side, red to violet. Each line turns through a quarter of a circle and becomes the top edge of one row of a stepped pyramid: red for the base, violet for the top. The rows hold seven, six, five, four, three, two and one stones. The first stone of each row carries a letter, and read upward the left side spells ROCKETS. The last stone of each row carries a letter, and the right side spells DRAGONS. Both words end in S, and the top stone carries that one S. Every other stone carries a small mark: a dot at the centre, a cube around it, a circle around that, and a smaller dot on the circle. A citizen, a Cube, a Circle and a sherpa. The rows are named, from the ground up: Self, Seed, Sapling, Sequoia, Sherpa, Sapphire, Star. A star stands above the top stone. A small rocket stands on the left side and a small dragon on the right, at the step being read. No. Every word in WA\ has to make sense to someone who isn't technical. That is a rule of the build. You state where you want to go and walk with someone who has climbed ahead.

    What is WA\?

Seven layers, like seven chakras or interlocking wheels, wells of water.

    1. ROCKETS and DRAGONS. The outer work and the inner work.
    2. MANIFEST and PYRAMID. The daily loop, and mission control.
    3. DARE and LIFT. LIFT: List, Identify, Focus, Transform, a private score that adds up day by day and never goes down. LIFT is generated when a citizen and a cube are aligned to power a circle that adds value to the lives of other citizens.
    4. LUX, Drop, Seed. A light that shines, a drop that ripples, a seed that grows.
    5. Earthworks API. The ground: atomic, cellular, material, scientific, weather and financial data.
    6. Metamorphosis MCP. The bridge: equal access and opportunity, for everyone, everywhere.
    7. The self-realization network. SERENE: all the circles, ground to cloud.

WA\ is a compass, not an agent that handles everything for you. You own your data, and you have a ground-to-cloud alternative to business as usual.

    What does the name mean?

    Seven meanings of W, A and I.

    1. Who am I? The first and enduring question.
    2. Why? The next question. Children ask it a lot. Now the child in everyone can get why.
    3. With AI. With, not by, of, for, or due to.
    4. Wai. Water, in Hawaiian. The beginning, middle and end.
    5. World Architectural Infrastructure. Ground to cloud.
    6. We Are Intelligent. A collective perspective.
    7. WAIWAI. $108 a year: everything needed to make a living online.
    Who owns what gets built?

You do. Six things, each with a holder, a place and a day. The last gate is that it stands without Amar. The build is plain files that run from any folder on any host, with nothing calling a third party unless you approve it.

    What does it cost, really?

The Tree of Life, above. Star and Serene, the top of the tree, are free forever. The first 108 citizens cross with Self waived, by crossing in the open. Capital is not offered here. It is grown from verified work.

    Am I doing this alone?

No. You work with me, Amar Patel, directly, and the citizens who climbed ahead become sherpas for the ones behind them. Circles meet in person or online. No headquarters owns the meeting.

    Why now?

This autumn the personal agent arrived from every big lab, each built to handle everything and to keep your life for you. WA\ keeps nothing. It points.

    108 founding citizens.

    The founding

One person, a vow, and no outside capital.

One island, five circles already planted, two brothers, and 108 seats at the table.

    How we work

    Humble

With the power of Nature, never against her.

    Honest

Every number on this page is ours and dated. Every link goes somewhere real.

    Hard-working

100 hours a week, 6 days a week, 50 weeks a year, until every human has WA\ in their hands.

    Like water

    Rising to every situation.

    The Cosmic Cup

Graded on our own benchmark. So is every lab.

Four functions, on real data. WA\ holds itself to the same cup as every frontier lab.

    Citizen

Can it help one real person, through the accounts they already have, without taking anything from them?

    Cube

Can it set up and run the six faces, and keep its state without the person explaining themselves twice?

    Circles

Can it grow from one person to a community that governs itself, with capital grown from verified work?

    cosmOS

The whole thing, citizen, cube and circle together. The hardest. Full marks are a civilization that can live on the light its planet receives, so every lab, this one included, scores partial by construction.

The three laws above apply. Rogue agents are terminated on sight and disqualified, on the public record.

    Guided by a human

The Bodhisattva Vow, made into software.

To protect my family, help my species, honor my ancestors and heroes, and preserve my home planet. To work with the power of Nature, never against her. To be like water, and rise to every situation humble, honest and hard-working.

    GroundCloud

    The vow

Taken at Drepung Monastery in Atlanta in 2010, with a thesis formed the same year. Sixteen years later it is a company. Not driven by money or fame. A vow and a thesis.

Goodvibes is the lab behind WA\: not an agency, not a studio.

    Where this goes

A civilization that can live on the light its planet receives: every human with WA\ in their hands, able to contribute while having everything they need to survive and thrive. The aim is 2030. The worst case is 2060.
