A seat in someone else's software, paid for by the month, gone when you stop paying. The bill grows with every seat.
A name and a playbook, for a fee at the door and a royalty on everything you sell, inside a territory. Anytime Fitness has run more than 5,000 gyms this way since 2002. The form asks for your net worth before it asks what you want to build.
The name, for a flat fee, and nothing after. Powerhouse Gym has licensed its name since 1984, with no royalty; Maui Powerhouse Gym has carried it since 2005.
Your domain, your code, your data, your list, your logins, your media, handed over, each with a holder, a place and a day. No royalty, no territory, no form about your net worth. And the part none of the other three sell: a village, a daily reading, and someone who has climbed ahead.
cosmOS is the technical side. Serene is the social side. You need both to make the thesis true.

A gym sets its own price and keeps its own members. The difference from a franchise is who holds the record. In a franchise the brand does. In a circle the gym does, and the member carries a passport of their own.
The Tree of Life. You pay for the next rung when the previous rung produced. A franchise takes a royalty for the term. The Tree takes nothing at the door.
Every rung is paid by card, through Stripe, when the last one produced. A rung marked Reserve opens an email to Amar until its checkout opens.
A franchise comes with a disclosure document. A circle comes with a deed: seven lines, each kept on a day you can read back.
Nothing is promised. It is built so that whatever grows is yours.
Metamorphosis works by importing, analyzing and sorting your archives, then forming a plan and a build sequence. What it hands a circle is cut as keys: Passport, Profile, Protocol, Privacy, Power, Portability and Payments; the CODE; and the VIBE, a design system of your own, so that your circle looks like you and not like us.

I was born in Atlanta and raised in the Patel community. In this country the Indian diaspora's record is written in hotels: members of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association own six in ten of the hotels in the United States, 34,260 hotels and 3.1 million rooms, by an Oxford Economics study in 2021.
